How do I book Karl for an event?
Use the Book Karl form with your event date, venue, audience size and a bit about the session, and Karl will get back to you to talk through fit and availability.
How far will Karl travel?
Karl is based in Maidstone, Kent, and regularly speaks across Kent and the South East. He's also spoken further afield (Hertfordshire, for example). Get in touch with your location and he'll confirm whether it works.
Does Karl speak remotely as well as in person?
Yes, Karl has spoken to audiences over video call (Google Meet) as well as on stage in person. Let him know your preferred format when you book.
What does Karl need from the organiser?
Just the basics: confirmed date and time, venue or call link, expected audience size and who they are and whether there's a screen available for slides. Karl will confirm anything else directly with you.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for a specific date, but get in touch regardless, as availability varies and shorter-notice slots do come up.
Is there a fee?
Fees depend on the format, length and location of the talk. Use the booking form to share your event details and Karl will confirm availability and fees directly.
